voicemail.
[Following the "record your voicemail at the beep" message--]
What? Who gave you the right to order me around? -- W-Wait, was that the beep?
I wasn't prepared--!! [a whispered hiss:] How do you get this thing to stop-?!
[Beep!
You know the drill! IC Inbox for voice/video/action threads for whatever occasion.]

a random shop call....
Vietnam sometimes scout out the local competition just in case. It's not so much she considers them rivals (since it's posing as a teahouse as well and sometimes she purposely orders from other flower shops to make up for some stock). But she still has to keep a look out to make sure to make sure the shop stays on top of its game, else her boss starts whining.
On a day where she's checking out this one shop, she enters to look around. The other staff members probably already know she's the other flower shop, but wait she hasn't seen Lili's face before even though they texted WHOOPS.]
So that is in season...

Ah, the competitive streak.
She raises a delicate eyebrow.]
Pardon me, may I help you with something?
[Her tone is sweet - but almost sickeningly so.
It also holds an underlying tone of "maybe redirect you back out the door?"]

Hello, I would like to place a large order. I have an account here.
[1/2]
Lili runs through a list of scenarios in her mind. Why weren't the other shop assistants helping this woman then? Weird. There's a small little huff.]

How lovely. Might I ask the occasion?
no subject
Ah! No occasion, though that would be nice. I am here to order stock for the shop I work at. [Time for some of that B2B.]

... You wish to take some of our flowers to provide more for your own place of work?
no subject
Yes. How to say...a shop could specialise in certain types of products, and another shop with others. One could keep it exclusive to their own, or sell it to others to make more profit. Selling between businesses instead of just to the consumer.

And I'm to believe that we've gone through such exchanges with your shop before?
no subject
Yes, you can check for our account. It is "Thistle Do Nicely".

If she's going to give these flowers away to a competitor then absolutely she plans to get a profit out of it.]
And how many did you wish to request?
