Nah. ( He's moving some of the items over to the side, away from the blood, trying to keep them separate, ) Just trying to understand...
You should take those. ( He's watching the items curiously in Lili's hands. He doesn't recognize them but that doesn't make them any less valuable. ) Even things deserve to be treated better than this.
( He doesn't understand what this is at all but he knows a thing or two about objects. )
You haven't been here very long, Lili. ( So he wonders, ) Do you know how these may have gotten here?
[Of course she'll take them.... Lili holds the items into her hands then, carefully cupping them as she tries to restrain the anger that she feels curling just beneath the surface.
This is the sort of thing that she hates.

Mutsu doesn't pretend to know Lili. She's a stressful girl. One that can strike fear into his heart with a glare and bring his head down with her tongue and some times it's hard to tell if she likes him or not with how she tolerates on some day sand berates him on others. But she's the type that wants to be strong, right? She doesn't want to be coddled? Why else would she be so quick to stand up to everything... )

Lili may be headstrong and certain of herself, but good god is she trusting and naive to anyone who may even slightly have earned it. Despite the way that she doesn't like how Mutsu carries himself and how he overwhelms her on a regular basis, he is even still a good person and a good sword.
