I was out with Hisoka when the ear happened... Should be a clean cut with a knife. [ Except that knife also stabbed some other guys, so who knows how clean it is. There's a folded cloth over it, held in place by his cat ear headband that he's still wearing, but it's definitely not enough pressure as it should be. ]
Was with him when I burned my hand, too. [ He doesn't provide any extra details about this one, because how does he explain bowling with lava? The skin on his hand is raw and peeling, red and black in some areas but it's painful— and pain is a good thing, because it means he hadn't burned his hand deep enough to kill the nerves, just skin and flesh. This should be covered at all times, but it's not currently. ]
And then got shot in the foot. [ It's wrapped in more cloth, but that's all he's done to it, wrapping it and leaving it out of his shoe and sort of hobbling around on his heel instead of the foot proper. The bullet might still be inside? He doesn't actually know. ]

but she's going to go ahead and come back, balancing everything. a bowl of warm water, some towels over it, some clean fabric to use as bandages, and some soap on top of that

Every open wound needs to get washed again and rebandaged, since he apparently didn't use any soap. His arm should have been iced from the start, too. It's good he had something over his ear, but it should have been tighter. Since the burn on his hand hasn't been covered, we should get him some kind of plant that has antibiotic properties just in case. Echinacea would probably be best, and I can help find that if you don't know what it looks like.
Minato lets Lili memorize whatever needs to be done, moving past what he didn't do and focusing on what he can do now, which is sitting down so he can unwrap the bandages of his right foot so Emma can see the mess of clotted blood and shredded flesh and basically what it looks like on Google images, I made the mistake of looking and then closed my eyes and closed the tab but I clicked the wrong button and accidentally closed my entire browser instead. ]
