Supposedly, it's not their fault that we're here - but they lived here originally and now they're our hosts. The one in the hood said they want to do the right thing, so I plan to hold them to it or I'll get quite upset. They're working on how to get us back to where we need to be.

The secrecy is due to some sort of diversion they have planned - a game. They don't want anyone to get hurt, or murdered.

But they are willing to provide me with equipment. I was able to get a futon, a blanket, a pillow, some rope, and a few hair brushes. If I can think of anything else I might need, I intend to ask again.
