Anaido fell into a pit, I think Phoenix had his head bashed with a rock, and then Magnus killed Taako and himself with his axe.
There's probably more items though, you're right. When you break into those cabins before they're open, just be aware they'll use your past experiences against you. Things that make you feel immense rage, or that which you fear...
