But there's a caveat - if someone else were to tell other people my power, then I'd still suffer the punishment. So if I tell you, Dick, and Akira all today but Ookurikara told Dimitri and Flayn, I'd be punished and so would innocent people around me.
So the key is mostly just not telling it to anyone that you think would blab for any reason.
There's no one that I would tell; what you tell me won't be repeated to another soul.
